Do you offer customizations? 

At Vinyluxe Nails, we're committed to providing you with the best nail sticker designs that inspire confidence and creativity. While we don't currently offer individual customizations, we invite you to participate in our Nail Sticker Design Requests. This allows you to share your design ideas and preferences with us.

 

Are nail stickers damaging? 

Nail stickers can be a fun and creative way to decorate your nails. The good news is, they won't cause any damage to your nails as long as you remove them correctly. However, keep in mind that the vinyl material used for some stickers can be permanent and may leave a sticky residue behind. So just be sure to follow the removal instructions carefully and your nails should be just fine.

Are adhesive vinyl nail stickers safe? 

Absolutely! You'll be pleased to know that our nail stickers are 100% safe to use. Even though PVC vinyl can contain carcinogens, rest assured that once it's produced, it won't emit any harmful dioxins unless it's burned or heated up to a temperature that's hotter than the sun.

We take safety seriously, which is why we use a digital die-cutting machine to cut our stickers - no high heat temperatures involved! Plus, the adhesive used is totally non-toxic, so you can stick 'em on your nails without any worries.

Are nail art and nail stickers the same?

While they're not exactly the same thing, nail stickers do fall under the category of nail art. So, in a way, you can think of nail stickers as a type of nail art.

Are nail stickers waterproof? 

Our stickers are made from permanent vinyl, which means they are indeed waterproof. To make sure they stay put and last a long time, we recommend applying a top coat or two to your nails after applying the stickers. That way, you can enjoy your stylish nails without worrying about water damage!

Are nail stickers reusable? 

While our stickers aren't specifically designed to be reusable, there are a few tricks you can try. For instance, if you gently apply the sticker to your nail, you may have a better chance of being able to reuse it. We recommend applying a shiny top coat before sticking on your nail stickers, to help them stay in place and minimize any damage to your polish and nail stickers.

How long do nail stickers stay on? 

We've found that our nail stickers can last for over 30 days (with encased stickers). Of course, how long they last can depend on a few factors, like how well they're applied and whether you use a top coat or not. Applying a layer of top coat can definitely help them stay on longer, so if you want to get the most out of your nail stickers, encase them the best as possible!

How do I keep my nail stickers from falling off? 

One trick is to apply some heat to the stickers before you put on a top coat. You can do this by blasting them with a hairdryer for a few seconds. This helps to make the stickers more pliable and less likely to lift or peel off. Additionally, applying more than one coat of top coat can help encase the stickers and make them last longer. So, be sure to give your stickers a little extra TLC and they'll stay put for a while!

How do you remove nail stickers? 

The method you use can depend on whether you're using regular polish or gel. If you're using regular polish, one way to remove the stickers is to use some acetone. Simply soak a cotton pad in acetone and place it on top of the sticker for a few minutes. Then, gently rub the sticker off with the cotton pad. If you're using gel polish, you can soak your nails in acetone (after filing off the top layer) to break the seal, or you can simply file them off before soaking. Either way, be sure to be gentle and take your time to avoid damaging your nails.

How long do vinyl stickers last? 

Our stickers are made with high-quality permanent vinyl that's designed to last for up to 4-6 years outdoors. However, when it comes to nail stickers, it's a little different. Even though they're waterproof, they can be harder to keep on your nails without a top coat because we use our hands for everything. Without a top coat, the stickers might only last a few hours or a day. But, if you use a top coat, the more layers you apply, the better protected the stickers will be, and the longer they'll last. In fact, when applied properly with a top coat, our nail stickers can last for over 30 days! 

Can you use vinyl nail stickers on paper and other surfaces? 

Our vinyl nail stickers are incredibly versatile and can be used on all sorts of surfaces, including paper and other materials. In fact, our permanent vinyl is a multi-use product that can be applied to walls, phone cases, windows, stainless steel, kitchen storage containers, scrapbooks, plant holders, water bottles, vehicles, signs, mugs, glassware, and so much more! The possibilities are endless! Our vinyl is designed to last for up to 4-6 years outdoors, so it's super durable. However, please note that it may leave a residue when removed, so just keep that in mind. But other than that, have fun and get creative with our versatile vinyl nail stickers!

Can nail stickers cause fungus?

When it comes to nail stickers, you don't have to worry about them causing fungus. In fact, it's the polish that you need to be careful with as it can contribute to the development of fungus on your nails. But no need to worry, nail stickers themselves won't cause any harm or contribute to the growth of fungus. So, go ahead and enjoy your cute and stylish nail stickers without any worries!

What should I pay attention to when using nail stickers?

When using nail stickers, there are a few things to keep in mind to ensure they stay on for as long as possible. First, avoid touching the backing with your fingers as it can cause the sticker to lose its stickiness. Lightly place the nail sticker where you want it and then firmly press it onto the nail once you're sure of its placement. Make sure the sticker is fully adhered to your nail, paying attention to any edges that might not be sticking properly. If you notice any edges lifting, you can apply some heat or use a new sticker to fix it. Once the sticker is in place, apply a top coat to seal it. To ensure maximum staying power, apply 1-2 more top coats and carefully file down any edges that are still poking out. With proper application, nail stickers can last for over 30 days!
